These Participant Terms and Conditions shall be binding on the parties hereto. If the Participant does not agree with these Participant Terms and Conditions, the Participant is requested not to participate in the Mrs. India Pageant organized by Mrs. India Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Pageant”). Participation in the Pageant shall be deemed as the acceptance of these Participant Terms and Conditions by the Participant. By accepting these Participant Terms and Conditions Participant agrees and acknowledges that these Participant Terms and Conditions shall be enforced as a legally valid and a binding contract.

• i. Participant shall be natural born female, Indian citizen or at least shall have one parent of Indian origin or Non-Residential Indian, married (with or without children) and be physically fit to participate in the Pageant.
• ii. Participant should be above the age group of 18 years while participating in Pageant. Participant will be required to produce their age proof (valid Passport or Adhaar card or Voter ID or Driving Licence).
• iii. Participant shall pay the registration fee of Rs. 3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) excluding taxes and transaction charges levied thereon, if any, to Mrs. India Inc. in order to register / audition for the Pageant. After successfully making payment of registration fee as mentioned hereinabove, Participant shall receive the payment receipts on their email ids within 2 business days.
• iv. Participant agrees and acknowledges that the registration fee and/or pageant preparation fees, and/or any other fees to be paid / already paid by the Participant (at various stages of the Pageant) for the participation in the Pageant shall be non-refundable, non-transferable and non-cancellable in nature under any circumstances. Further, all such fee for the Pageant paid by the Participant shall be out of the free will and consent of the Participant and at no time Mrs. India Inc. or any of its employees shall be blamed by the Participant at any stage of the Pageant of extorting/extracting monies or forcing the Participant to pay such fees.
• v. Participant agrees and acknowledges all the expenses incurred by the Participant for the Pageant including but not limited to grooming & training for the auditions, for State level contests, training and grooming fees and grand finale shall be solely borne by Participant. Participant agrees and acknowledges that all personal expenses of the Participant for the Pageant, including but not limited airfare /roadway / railway travel, wardrobe and other miscellaneous charges shall be all borne solely by the Participant. All fees, expenses and charges borne by the Participant for/towards the Pageant are non-refundable, non-reimbursable, non-cancellable and non-transferable in nature under any circumstances.
• vi. Participants agrees and acknowledges that Participant shall have to attend each stage of the Pageant, including but not limited to the audition, training and grooming, fund raising, media and public interactions, as may be required by Mrs. India Inc. at all times. After clearing the auditions, Participants shall receive a complete manual with a tentative chronology of events, other activities and tasks to be performed by the Participant at each stage of the Pageant. The manual shall include information and directions about basic activities to be carried out, guidelines about how and/or what all the documents required to be submitted at the time of registration, norms to be followed by the Participants during the auditions and tips for practicing.
• vii. Participant shall participate in the Pageant in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout her participation as per the manual/schedule given to the Participant and shall adhere to the terms and conditions of these Participant Terms and Conditions as mentioned herein at all times.
• viii. Participant shall be and remain of good health, sound mind and good moral character to be able to participate in the Pageant.
• ix. Participant shall be required to produce original medical documents for verification purpose. Participant shall ensure that Participant completes all the formalities and process on a timely basis and submit all the required documents and correct information for verification as and when may be required by Mrs. India Inc. In the event the Participant misrepresents and/or fails to disclose and/or chooses to participate in the Pageant without disclosing such information pertaining to any existing diseases/ medical conditions then Mrs. India Inc. shall not be held responsible for any damage/injury to the Participant’s health or performance during the course of the Pageant.
• x. Participant after getting shortlisted in the audition process shall be obligated to remit to Mrs. India Inc. a sum towards training and grooming fees for the Pageant failing which the shortlisted participant shall not be allowed to participate further in the Pageant event. Participant agrees to remit the basic training and grooming fees as per the timelines provided by Mrs. India Inc. Mrs. India Inc., holds right to modify/change any such fees/ payment methods/ payment schedule/ schedule of training and grooming on as and when required basis.
• xi. Participant agrees and acknowledges that only after the payment of the basic training and grooming fees, Participant shall get access to the Pageant syllabus and the Participant shall attend all the Pageant related training. Further, the Participant agrees and undertakes to keep all such syllabus and videos as strictly confidential and not share, sell or provide the same to any third-party without the prior authorization or Mrs. India Inc. in that regard failing which it shall be deemed to be a breach of these Participant Terms and Conditions.
• xii. Participant agrees and acknowledges that Mrs. India Inc. reserves the right to reject registration or disqualify any Participant at any stage of the Pageant if any Participant fails to comply with the requirements as stated in this Participant Terms and Conditions (or as may be amended from time to time) and/or provides and/or misrepresents any false and/or incorrect information/documents. Further, it is agreed by the Participant that, the Participant shall be solely responsible for any such rejection/disqualification on the grounds as mentioned herein above and Mrs. India Inc. shall not be +responsible for any such monetary loss suffered by any of the Participants.
• xiii. Participant agrees and acknowledges that Participant shall not during her reign or term of association with Mrs. India Inc., pose for any photography, video or film associated with any nudity or pornography. Participant also agrees and acknowledges that Participant neither has nor will/is/shall be involved pornography and/or in any form of employment/agency which involves partial or complete nudity.
• xiv. Participant agrees and acknowledges that Mrs. India Inc. shall not be held liable and/or responsible for disqualification of the Participant’s candidature due to any delays or non-receipt of applications and/or a delay / failure in payment of any participation fee corresponding to any of the rounds of the Pageant from the Participant for any reason whatsoever.
• xv. Participant agrees and acknowledges that Mrs. India Inc. shall not be held liable and/or responsible for any cost, expense, damage, loss or injury (physical and/or otherwise) that may occur to the Participant on account of her participation in the Pageant. The Participant shall participate at her own risk and at her own cost and expenses.
• xvi. All Participants who get shortlisted in the audition shall be given their login id and password credentials from Mrs. India Inc. to access _____________.
• xvii. Participant shortlisted at the audition stage shall be a part of the next milestone in the Pageant after audition.
• xviii. Participant shall attend all the individual and group rounds conducted by Mrs. India Inc. for the competing in the Pageant.
• xix. Participant agrees and acknowledges that after the completion of the training, the Participant shall submit all their homework and coursework to their mentors.
• xx. Participant agrees and acknowledges that Mrs. India Inc. is and shall be affiliated or shall partner with charitable organizations / NGOs as a part of fund-raising activities of the Pageant to be undertaken by the Participant and the Participant shall have no objection in working for fund raising activities for such organizations / NGOs in relation to the Pageant.
• xxi. Pageant itinerary consisting of rules, regulations and scoring parameters shall be shared with Participants by Mrs. India Inc.
• xxii. Mrs. India Inc. shall not be held liable and/or responsible; in the event the sponsors do not honour their commitment with respect to any of the participants including but not limited to the prizes, services and/or any other commitments as promised by the sponsors.
• xxiii. Participant agrees and acknowledges that if the Participant makes it to the national grand finale and international pageant, then such Participant shall pay the stipulated fees as may be intimated to the Participant by Mrs. India Inc.
• xxiv. Participant agrees and acknowledges that if the Participant clears all initial rounds then such Participant shall undergo advance live and pre-recorded training with the mentors at an additional cost in order to prepare for and compete at the national Finale.
• xxv. In the event the Participant is competing at the national finale, itinerary with respect to the National Finale shall be shared with such Finalist-Participant by Mrs. India Inc. and the Participant shall complete all assigned tasks as may be intimated to the Participant.
• xxvi. It is to be noted by the Participant that each Participant shall be at a liberty to invite her family members for the National Finale. However, the invitations for the Pageant shall be subject to availability and as per the norms of Mrs. India Inc. The guest/s (family member) shall have to bear their own costs including but not limited to ticket charges for the Pageant, food, travel and lodging-boarding.
• xxvii. Participant agrees and acknowledges that upon being selected as a semi-finalist and payment of fee for the National Finale, Participant shall not quit or back out from the Pageant, failing which, Mrs. India Inc. shall be at a liberty to take appropriate actions against such outgoing participant and further, such outgoing Participant shall be liable and responsible for any such actions taken against Mrs. India Inc. by any third-party/ies (such as international pageant owners, sponsors, etc.) due to such unorderly exit of the Participant from the Pageant which may harm the goodwill and reputation of Mrs. India Inc., unless the Participant requires to quit due to any medical emergency suffered by the Participant herself, which shall be proved by such Participant by submitting a Medical Certificate alongwith Medical Reports supporting and certifying the same. Further, the Participant agrees and acknowledges that, in the event of backing out by the Participant for any reason whatsoever, including medical emergency if and as proven by the Participant, Mrs. India Inc., shall not be liable/responsible for refunds of any fees or any other amounts as may be paid/incurred by such Participant.
• xxviii. Participant agrees and acknowledges that if the Participant is selected and declared as the semi-finalist of the Pageant organized by Mrs. India Inc., then such Participant shall not participate and/or become a member and/or be a part of any other pageant as a contestant, consultant, and/or judge and/or mentor and/or founder and/or take any other designation of any nature whatsoever during the tenure of her association with Mrs. India Inc. and for a period of 5 (five) years post conclusion of the Pageant in any manner whatsoever without the prior written consent of Mrs. India Inc. in that regard. For the purpose of this clause, “winner” shall include all the Runners-up upto 25th position as well as the sub-title winners of the Pageant. In the event the Participant breaches this clause then Mrs. India Inc. shall be at liberty to claim damages from such Participant in breach along with claiming injunctive reliefs or orders from any competent court or tribunal to restrain the Participant from such acts. Mrs. India Inc. shall be entitled to all remedies available to Mrs. India Inc. under law and/or in equity.
• xxix. Participant agrees and acknowledges that if the Participant gets selected for the international pageant, then such Participant shall pay the stipulated fees (which shall be non-refundable and non-transferable in nature) on a timely basis as may be intimated to the Participant by Mrs. India Inc., failing which Mrs. India Inc. shall be at a liberty to replace such Participant’s candidature with the next eligible participant as an official participant for the international pageant.
• xxx. Participant agrees and acknowledges that any actual or attempted misconduct, negative insinuations, defamation and/or misrepresentation on the part of the Participant and/or other participants/winners, mentors, judges and/or Mrs. India Inc. its employees, affiliates, sponsors and /or the titles awarded by Mrs. India Inc. in any finale event, through any mode, media, format, be it oral, written and/or by actions, will be sufficient grounds for disqualification of the Participation, without any justification to the Winner. Further, the Participant also agrees and acknowledges that any incorrect information provided and/or any information misrepresented by the Participant to Mrs. India Inc. will result in immediate disqualification of such Participant’s participation in the Pageant, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation in the Pageant. In addition to such disqualification, Mrs. India Inc. shall also be at a liberty to claim damages from such Participant along with claiming injunctive reliefs or orders from any competent court or tribunal to restrain the Participant from such acts. Mrs. India Inc. shall be entitled to all remedies available to Mrs. India Inc. under law and/or in equity. Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Participant shall not hold Mrs. India Inc., responsible/liable for any damage and/or loss suffered by the Participant upon such disqualification/removal from the Pageant.
• xxxi. Participant agrees and acknowledges that in the event the Participant is disqualified from the Pageant at any stage due to any misconduct, or any wrongful acts, or omissions or commissions on the part of the Participant, then Mrs. India Inc. shall be at a liberty to replace such Participant and appoint any other participant as its substitute.
• xxxii. Participant represents and warrants that Participant is not a party to any contract written and/or oral with any person, firm, company, organization, business, public relation firm/company, publicist, charity or corporation in respect to any present title (in professional capacity) that she holds or may hold, nor has the Participant made any commitments for the future regarding any such titles including but not limited to the association of the Winner with any third-party pageant etc. that may interfere with this Participant Terms and Conditions in any manner whatsoever. In the event it is subsequently found that the Participant has misrepresented her present and/or future written/oral association with any person, pageant, firm, company, organization, business, public relation firm/company, publicist, charity or corporation in respect of any title then Mrs. India Inc. shall be at liberty to terminate this Terms and Conditions which shall result in immediate disqualification of such Participant’s participation in the Pageant. In addition to such disqualification, Mrs. India Inc. shall also be at a liberty to claim damages from such Participant along with claiming injunctive reliefs or orders from any competent court or tribunal to restrain the Participant from such acts. Mrs. India Inc. shall be entitled to all remedies available to Mrs. India Inc. under law and/or in equity. Further, such defaulting Participant shall be responsible and liable to return all prizes, titles, crowns and sashes to Mrs. India Inc. in the condition in which it was bestowed to the Participant.
• xxxiii. In the event the Participant is selected as a winner of the National Finale, then such Participant will continue to hold the winning title bestowed by Mrs. India Inc. on the Participant only for a period of 1 (one) year until the successor is crowned. Further, such Participant shall be considered to be a former queen forever / for next 5 (five) years from the date of winning the Pageant. The Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that upon being declared as the winner or runners-up (upto 25TH position) in the Pageant the Participant shall continue to adhere to the Participant Terms and Conditions for the period of 5 years, which shall be considered as the cooling off period. Further, such Participant shall refrain from participating in any other competitive, third-party beauty pageant as a participant, consultant, judge and/or coach and/or mentor and/or as a founder/co-founder.
• xxxiv. Participant agrees and acknowledges that as a part of the Pageant, the Participant shall join hands with a social cause recognized and promoted by Mrs. India Inc. and the Participant shall raise funds solely in order to support such social cause as may be assigned by Mrs. India Inc. to the Participant and not for any other reason. Participant shall be provided instructions / a manual for fund raising by Mrs. India Inc. and the Participant shall be obligated to adhere to the same.
• xxxv. Participant agrees and acknowledges that, if selected as a winner of the Pageant, then for a period of 1 (one) year the Participant’s professional affairs with respect to appearances, brand endorsements, modelling contracts, acting assignments social causes and/or professional association of the Participant with any third party in any manner whatsoever shall be under the sole management of Mrs. India Inc. and/or its affiliates (in return of ‘talent management fees’ for Mrs. India Inc. from such professional affairs of the Participant) and the Participant hereby expressly agrees, undertakes and acknowledges that the Participant shall not sign and/or accept any professional assignments/contracts without the express written permission from Mrs. India Inc. in that regard. Participant further agrees and acknowledges that all rights, title, interest of such Participant with respect to any and all appearances, endorsements, speaking engagements, acting roles, mentorship etc. resulting from winning or being a contestant of the Pageant organized by Mrs. India Inc. shall belong solely and exclusively to Mrs. India Inc. Participant also agrees and acknowledges that the Participant shall at the sole discretion of Mrs. India Inc. be managed by Mrs. India Inc. for the Term of these Participant Terms and Conditions unless terminated earlier.
• xxxvi. Participant agrees and acknowledges that Mrs. India Inc. is hereby authorized to charge a fee of 15% (which shall be payable as “Talent Management Fees”) on the earnings of the Participant in case of Participant’s collaboration or association with any third-party. Further, the Participant hereby authorizes Mrs. India Inc. to collect all such payments for and on behalf of the Participant and remit the balance net payment (post deduction of the Talent Management Fee of 15%) to the Participant’s bank account as may be designated by the Participant to Mrs. India Inc.
• xxxvii. Participant agrees and acknowledges that upon winning the Pageant, Participant shall keep Mrs. India Inc. informed regarding all appearances to be made by such Participant and shall further also take prior written approval from Mrs. India Inc. for the same. Notwithstanding being a winner or sub-title holder of the Pageant, the Participant agrees and undertakes that the Participant shall procure the prior written consent of Mrs. India Inc. for all appearances to be made by the Participant for any and all events and/or public appearances.
• xxxviii. Participant shall be bestowed with prizes, crowns, sub-titles and sashes by Mrs. India Inc. and that such crowns, sub-titles and sashes shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Mrs. India Inc. It is also hereby agreed by the Participant that in the event the Participant breaches any of the Terms and Conditions such defaulting Participant shall return all prizes, titles, crowns and sashes to Mrs. India Inc. in the same condition in which it was bestowed to the Winner. Further, the Mrs. India Inc. shall be entitled to damages and/or all such remedies under law and/equity over and above the remedies mentioned in these Participant Terms and Conditions.
• xxxix. Participant shall ensure that the Participant shall always stay loyal to Mrs. India Inc. and dedicate their time, effort and energy to the Pageant and to Mrs. India Inc., as and when may be required by Mrs. India Inc.
• xl. Participant shall not promote, provide funding and/or participate via any media platform / social media platform, or any other platform, in any manner and capacity whatsoever, any other pageant(s), pageant title(s) or pageant system(s) during the subsistence of these Terms and Conditions and for a period of 5 years post expiry or termination thereof without the prior written consent of Mrs. India Inc. in that regard.
• xli. Participant agrees and acknowledges that Participant shall adhere to and honour all the norms and regulations of the Pageant and these Participant Terms and Conditions, alongwith the Non-Disclosure Agreement executed by and between the Participant and Mrs. India Inc. from date of acceptance/execution (as the case may be) till disqualification and/or non-qualification of the Participant for further rounds and/or completion of National Pageant and/or completion of the international pageant or till both the parties mutually terminate these Participant Terms and Conditions and Non-Disclosure Agreement. However, all terms and conditions that shall generally survive the termination/expiry of these Participant Terms and Conditions, and the Non-Disclosure Agreement shall so survive.
• xlii. Participant agrees and acknowledges that each state winner shall be required to adhere to the same procedure as is to be followed for the Pageant at the national level for the National Pageant and at the international level for the international pageant.
• xliii. Participant agrees and acknowledges that Mrs. India Inc. at its sole discretion shall have the exclusive rights to select and shortlist participants and the winners in order for the participants to represent Mrs. India and compete on an international platform in the international pageant. Further, Mrs. India Inc. shall also have the sole discretion to select and grant to the winning participant appropriate pageant title to be used by such winning participant to represent and compete in such international pageant. Participant agrees and undertakes that in the event the Participant is shortlisted/selected to participate in an international pageant as may be deemed appropriate by Mrs. India Inc, then the Participant shall not drop-out or quit from the participation, failing which Mrs. India Inc. shall be at a liberty to claim damages from such Participant along with claiming injunctive reliefs or orders from any competent court or tribunal to restrain the Participant from such acts/breach of this clause. Mrs. India Inc. shall also be entitled to all remedies available to Mrs. India Inc. under law and/or in equity. Further, such defaulting Participant shall be responsible and liable to return all prizes, titles, crowns and sashes to Mrs. India Inc. in the condition in which it was bestowed to the Participant.
• xliv. Participant agrees and acknowledges that in the event of winning the National Finale, the expenses of training, grooming, etiquettes, styling, national costume, extravaganza parties, gala night/event/party, to and fro international/ national travel and stay in relation to the participation of the Participant in the international pageant shall be borne partially by such winning Participant, under the guidance and expertise of Mrs. India Inc.
• xlv. Participant agrees and acknowledges that with respect to competing at the international pageant, the complete training, grooming, styling and wardrobe preparation shall be as may be instructed by Mrs. India Inc.
• xlvi. Participant agrees and acknowledges that with respect to competing at the international pageant the complete timelines and schedule for the training, grooming and travel for the international competition shall be adhered to and followed by the Participant as per the instructions of Mrs. India Inc.
• xlvii. Participant agrees and acknowledges that Participant shall keep her social media handles, pages, profiles well maintained and correctly updated in a professional manner till the conclusion of international pageant and at all times refrain/abstain from posting/uploading anything against or any content not in favour of the Pageant and/or Mrs. India Inc., or any such data, sensitive information and details of the National and/or International Pageant which are shared by Mrs. India Inc. with the Participant solely for the purpose of the Pageant, and all related activities thereto, failing which it shall be considered as a breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Participant and Mrs. India Inc. shall be at liberty to terminate these Terms and Conditions which shall result in immediate disqualification of such Participant’s participation in the Pageant. In addition to such disqualification, Mrs. India Inc. shall also be at a liberty to claim damages from such Participant along with claiming injunctive reliefs or orders from any competent court or tribunal to restrain the Participant from such acts. Mrs. India Inc. shall be entitled to all remedies available to Mrs. India Inc. under law and/or in equity.
• xlviii. Participant agrees and acknowledges that in the event any of the winners/state representative, due to any reason whatsoever cannot go ahead with the National Pageant and/or International Pageant then runners up shall have the privilege to step-up to the opportunity of competing in the National Pageant and/or international pageant, as the case may be, at the sole discretion of Mrs. India Inc. and such runner-up shall by virtue of being the winner shall also be bound by these Terms and Conditions. In view thereof, the Participant shall adhere to the cooling off period as mentioned herein above in these Participant Terms and Conditions and shall refrain from participating in any other competitive, third-party beauty pageant as a participant, consultant, coach, mentor, judge and/or as a founder/co-founder or in any capacity whatsoever.
• xlix. Participant agrees and acknowledges that these Participant Terms and Conditions shall stand terminated, in the event any Participant breaches any of the terms and conditions stated herein. Furthermore, upon breach of these Participant Terms and Conditions, Mrs. India Inc. shall be at liberty to terminate these Terms and Conditions which shall result in immediate disqualification of such Participant’s participation in the Pageant. In addition to such disqualification, Mrs. India Inc. shall also be at a liberty to claim damages from such Participant along with claiming injunctive reliefs or orders from any competent court or tribunal to restrain the Participant from such acts. Mrs. India Inc. shall be entitled to all remedies available to Mrs. India Inc. under law and/or in equity. For the sake of clarity, the damages imposed on the Participant for breach of these terms and Conditions shall be to compensate any and all direct and indirect consequential losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, expenses etc. as may be suffered by Mrs. India Inc. due to default of these Terms and Conditions on the part of the Participant.

• l. Participant agrees and acknowledges that during the Pageant (commencing from the registration for the Pageant) and/or in the event of winning the National Finale of the Pageant, such Participant and/or winning Participant (which shall be including the Runners-up upto 25TH positions) shall refrain from being associated with any third-party other pageant as and by way of including but not limited to founder, co-founder, investor, participant, finalist, consultant, mentor, coach, judge or even as a participant for a period of 5 (Five) years from the date of conclusion of the international pageant with which the Pageant is associated, failing which it shall considered to be a material default on the part of such Participant of these Participant Terms and Conditions and such Participant, shall return all prizes, sub-titles, titles, crowns and sashes to Mrs. India Inc. in the condition which it was bestowed to the winning Participant. Further, Mrs. India Inc. shall be at liberty to terminate these Terms and Conditions and also be at a liberty to claim damages from such defaulting Participant along with claiming injunctive reliefs or orders from any competent court or tribunal to restrain the Participant from such acts. Mrs. India Inc. shall be entitled to all remedies available to Mrs. India Inc. under law and/or in equity.
• li. Participant agrees and acknowledges that, in the event participant fails to adhere to / abide by and/or breaches any of the terms and conditions herein, then, Mrs. India Inc. at its sole discretion shall be at liberty to and entitled to disqualify such participant and/or take away all the prizes, sub-titles, titles, crowns and sashes of any of such participant at any given point of time. Further, Mrs. India Inc. shall be at liberty to terminate these Terms and Conditions. In addition to such disqualification, Mrs. India Inc. shall also be at a liberty to claim damages from such Participant along with claiming injunctive reliefs or orders from any competent court or tribunal to restrain the Participant from such acts. Mrs. India Inc. shall be entitled to all remedies available to Mrs. India Inc. under law and/or in equity.
• lii. In the event, the Participant goes through any of the following mentioned events / circumstances, such Participant shall be solely liable and responsible for immediate disqualification of the Participant from the Pageant and further, Mrs. India Inc. shall not be held liable and/or responsible for the further journey of the Participant and/or International Pageant representation of such a Participant:
  a. Expiry of Passport;
  b. Rejection of Visa application / non-availability of Visa (as the case may be);
  c. Failure to pay Training and grooming fees;
  d. Failure to pay International Training fees;
  e. Bankruptcy.
• liii. In the event, the Participant fails to maintain a good moral character, then, Mrs. India Inc. at its sole discretion shall be at a liberty and entitled to disqualify such Participant and/or take away all the prizes, sub titles, titles, crowns and sashes at any given point of time. The Winner agrees and undertakes that in an event wherein a Winner undergoes divorce / separation the Winner shall keep Mrs. India Inc. sufficiently informed in writing regarding the same
• liv. Participant agrees and acknowledges that various course related tasks like fund raising task, social media task and basic training completion task shall be assigned to the Participant with rules, regulations and scoring parameters by Mrs. India Inc. which shall also be scored.
• lv. A Micro site link of the Fund Raiser shall be shared by Participant and/or the Fund Raisers to the Donors in order to raise the desired amount for the social cause funding tasks assigned to the Participant by Mrs. India Inc. Participant shall persistently make a contribution to and raise an amount for the social cause funding activities assigned to the Participant by Mrs. India Inc.
• lvi. Every time an amount is raised by the Participant, an acknowledgment email shall be sent to the Donor and the Fund Raiser. An Appreciation letter for fund raising shall be given to the Participant by Mrs. India Inc.
• lvii. Participant shall be obligated / allowed to post ____ number of promotional activities related to the Pageant on their personal social media page, however, such posts shall have to be approved by Mrs. India Inc. prior to such postings and such posts shall also be further re-posted on the social media page of Mrs. India Inc. at its sole discretion.
• lviii. Participant shall be thoroughly instructed, trained, groomed and guided during their training and grooming session about all the activities of PR and Marketing and rules thereof which have to be carried out by her with respect to the Pageant. These activities shall contribute to their overall scoring parameters of each Participant.
• lix. Participant shall attend all meetings conducted by Mrs. India Inc. virtually and/or physically in order to be abreast with the requirement of the Pageant on a timely basis.
• lx. Participant agrees and acknowledges that all official sash, crowns, titles, sub-titles, trophies and all props used during the Pageant along with any such material shared, disclosed with the participant during the Pageant are all properties of Mrs. India Inc. solely at all times. Mrs. India Inc. shall be entitled to recall its titles, sub-titles, crowns, sash and trophies prior, during or after the Pageant if the Participant is found violating / flouting any rules and/or breaching any terms & conditions mentioned herein laid by Mrs. India Inc. at any time.
• lxi. Participant agrees that any damage to the garment provided to the Participant by Mrs. India Inc. or any sponsor of the Pageant / international pageant shall be borne at actuals by the Participant without any recourse to Mrs India Inc.
• lxii. Participant agrees to allow inspection of the garments by an employee and/or authorized personnel of Mrs. India Inc. alongwith one member of the stylist team or designer team at the end of every session during which such garments have been worn.
• lxiii. Participant agrees and acknowledges that the cost of garment alterations shall be ₹1500/- per person and alterations shall be carried out only once per outfit, per person.
• lxiv. No Participant shall be a party to any contract, written or verbal, with any person, firm, business, publicist, charity or corporation for any reason whatsoever without prior approval by way of written consent from Mrs. India Inc.
• lxv. Participant shall be disqualified in the event the Participant indulges directly and/or indirectly through any third-party, including but not limited to representatives, relatives, associates, close-kins:
  a. Breach of any terms of these Participant Terms and Conditions;
  b. In any acts of misrepresentation, instigation, defamatory statements spoken and/or written about any aspect of the Pageant, including but not limited to any participant, Mrs. India Inc. judges, mentors, sponsors etc.
  c. Influencing or attempting to influence any of the judges of the Pageant.
  d. Participant’s family member(s)/representative/kin/assignee/relative influences or attempts to influence any of the judges of the Pageant.
  e. fails to fulfil its obligations as directed by Mrs. India Inc.
  f. becomes a part of any controversy/sies which shall harm the reputation, name and goodwill of the Pageant and Mrs. India Inc.
• lxvi. Participant agrees and acknowledges that all intellectual property rights in the logo, brand name, sashes, crown etc. shall be proprietary to Mrs. India Inc. and the Participant shall at no time, have or claim any share, right, title, interest in the same in any manner whatsoever, failing which it shall be an infringement of the intellectual property rights of Mrs. India Inc. on the part of the Participant. In the event the Participant breaches this clause then Mrs. India Inc. shall be at liberty to claim damages from such Participant in breach along with claiming injunctive reliefs or orders from any competent court or tribunal to restrain the Participant from such acts. Mrs. India Inc. shall be entitled to all remedies available to Mrs. India Inc. under law and/or in equity.
• lxvii. Participant agrees and acknowledges that any association of the Participant with any organization, brand, company, production house, theatre celebrity, social media shall need a prior written approval from Mrs. India Inc.
• lxviii. Participant agrees and acknowledges that any terms and conditions agreed / implemented by Mrs. India Inc. prior to any association with any entity including but not limited to sponsors, judges, mentors, partners, affiliates, international pageant etc. shall be accepted and followed by the Participant.
• lxix. Participant agrees and acknowledges that in the event the Participant is already in association and/or in a contract with any third-party brand, institution, organization and/or is deriving commercial gains from such associations, then it shall be the duty and responsibility of the Participant to inform Mrs. India Inc. in writing regarding the same before commencement of any Pageant related rounds and also share a copy of the contract(s) with Mrs. India Inc.
• lxx. Participant hereby permits Mrs. India Inc. and their affiliates to telecast live or by the use of images, film or videotape any portion or the entire Pageant. Further, the Participant also agrees and acknowledges that Mrs. India Inc. shall have the sole right, title, interest to use photographs and videos of Participants for publicity, marketing and promotion purpose in connection with the Pageant, at no cost.
• lxxi. Participant agrees and acknowledges that Mrs. India Inc. and the Participant are independent of each other and that no relationship of principal-agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or otherwise exist between the Participant and Mrs. India Inc
• lxxii. Participant agrees and acknowledges that the Participant at all times shall be and remain solely responsible and liable for her own communications/statements made in public domain and for any adverse consequences thereof and Mrs. India Inc. shall not be held liable and/or responsible and/or made a party to the same in any manner whatsoever at any time. However, in the event such communications/statements made in public domain by the Participant and/or any acts, omissions, commissions on the part of the Participant cause any injury or harm to the nation’s image at the international pageant and/or prejudicially jeopardises the goodwill, reputation and brand of Mrs. India Inc. and/or the Director’s licence then then such Winner shall be penalized for damages actually suffered by Mrs. India Inc. including penalty for business loss. then such Participant shall be penalized for damages actually suffered by Mrs. India Inc. including penalty for business loss.
• lxxiii. Participant agrees and acknowledges that in the event of any failure, interruption or delay in performance of Mrs. India Inc.’s obligations towards the Pageant and/or the international pageant resulting from acts, events, or circumstances not reasonably within Mrs. India Inc.’s control including but not limited to occurrence of Force Majeure Event/s then Mrs. India Inc. shall not be held liable or have any responsibility of any nature whatsoever for loss or damage, including injury, thereby incurred or suffered by the Participant.
• lxxiv. Participant agrees and acknowledges that Mrs. India Inc. reserves all the right to reject or refuse to accept any photograph of the Participant that, in its sole discretion, is offensive and/or is inappropriate or is not befitting for the image and reputation of the Pageant.
• lxxv. Participant shall indemnify, keep indemnified and hold harmless Mrs. India Inc. and its employees, affiliates, partners, sponsors and agents, now and/or in future, directly and/or indirectly, against any and all losses including but not limited to consequential losses, costs, expenses, damages, penalty, interest, charges, claims, actions including legal actions, fees (including attorney fees), proceedings and demands due to or arising out of or due to the Participants’ breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• lxxvi. Participant agrees and acknowledges that all decisions of directors and judges shall be final, irrevocable and non-contested.
• lxxvii. E-Certificates shall be distributed to each Participant after the completion of the course, for Donation, for participation, and for competing as a Semi Finalist of the Pageant, for all the participants who made it to the Top 25 and Top 50 and also for the winners of the Pageant.
• lxxviii. In the event the Participant is desirous to terminate her participation in the Pageant, Participant shall convey the same alongwith reasons therefor to Mrs. India Inc. with a prior written notice of 30 (thirty) days. However, Participant shall not be at a liberty to terminate her Participation after becoming a semi-finalist and paying the fee for National Finale, failing which, Mrs. India Inc. shall be at a liberty to take appropriate actions against such outgoing participant and further, such outgoing Participant shall be liable and responsible for any such actions against Mrs. India Inc. due to such unorderly exit of the Participant from the Pageant. In no event whatsoever shall any fee shall be refunded back to the Participant.
• lxxix. Participant hereby agrees to abide by all rules and regulations formulated by Mrs. India Inc. from time to time. In the event of any changes the Participant shall continue to adhere to and follow such revised rules and regulations.
• lxxx. Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that, the registration Fees and other expenses towards the pageant paid by the Participant at all times including but not limited to Disqualification, Termination of this Participant Terms and Conditions shall be always non-refundable nature.
• lxxxi. This Participant Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws in India and courts in Mumbai alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters relating to or arising from this Participant Terms and Conditions
• lxxxii. The Parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute, difference or claim arising out of or in relation to these T&Cs through mutual discussion. In case it is not resolved within thirty (30) days from receipt of the written notice (setting out the dispute or claim) by the Participant then Mrs. India Inc. shall issue a notice of reference, invoking settlement of such dispute through Arbitration. Any and all disputes (“Disputes”) arising out of or in relation to these T&Cs between the Parties hereto or arising out of or relating to or in connection with these T&Cs or the performance or non-performance of the obligations of the Participant as set forth herein or the breach, termination, invalidity or interpretation thereof, shall be referred to a Sole Arbitrator for arbitration in accordance to the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any amendments thereof. Arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator to be appointed mutually by both the parties failing which the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any amendments thereof shall be applied. The place and seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai and the language used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. Costs of arbitration shall be borne equally by the parties hereto unless otherwise awarded. The arbitral award issued by such Arbitrator shall be in writing.

Mrs. India Inc. urges all prospective participants that only after understanding all the terms for participation, the participants shall fill in the registration form and submit documents as required at the time of Registration as upon the Registration it shall be considered as the Participant has read the terms and conditions thoroughly and has accepted them in its entirety.
