Refund Policy

  • This policy outlines the process for canceling or seeking a refund for any services or participation fees paid to Mrs India Inc.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of payment.
  • Once the application or participation process has begun, cancellation requests may not be entertained.
  • No cancellations will be accepted for special promotional or discounted fees.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be processed in cases of technical errors in payment or duplicate transactions.
  • If a service is not delivered as promised due to an error on our part, a refund request may be considered.
  • In case of event cancellation by Mrs India Inc, participants will be eligible for a refund as per the terms communicated at the time of cancellation.
  • All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

Process:

  • To request a cancellation or refund, participants must contact our customer service team with proof of payment and a detailed reason for the request.
  • In the case of refunds approved, it will take 7 working days for the refund amount to be credited to the original payment method.
